Yoga & Macrame

I am thrilled to be returning to the beautiful Orangery at Ingestre for an evening of Slow Flow Yoga and Macrame.

We will flow through a delicious slow flow class to wind down from your week and set you up for the weekend. Then you will have the chance to make your own macrame wall hanging that you can take home with you. No crafting skills needed….its cord, we can untie, if needed, he, he!

Tea and cake will be available, while we make our crafting sensations.

This is such a beautiful, special venue, so book your spot soon as spaces are limited.
