Autumn Equinox Yoga Workshop

As the seasons change and the days shift from light to dark, the Autumn Equinox is the perfect opportunity to allow yourself time to rest, restore and reflect on your summer and refocus on where you are heading. It’s an invitation from the universe to start turning in, towards the light within you.

The workshop will include a warming yin practice, guided mediation and a journaling workbook to ease you into, and through the coming months.
