Self Care Sunday
An evening of Yin Yoga, a slow, mainly floor based yoga practice that works into the deeper tissues of our body. Stretching and creating space and balance in the physical self and also into the mind. Followed by a beautiful Gong Bath, to really allow you to relax, restore and leave you floating into the week ahead.
This evening will be very special, open to everybody, beginners to Yin Yoga very welcome. Be prepared to feel a deep sense of calm and ready for a restful nights sleep……bring a bolster if you have one, or a cushion and a blanket, you’re welcome to join us in your PJ’s if you wanted total comfort.
